Founder William J. Wicker started his career as a patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Arlington, Virginia in 1992. After four and a half years of service, Mr. Wicker’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to leave the Office with his agent’s number and create Epsilon Patent Searching, Inc. in 1997. During Mr. Wicker’s tenure as an examiner, he reviewed applications in Class 60 (Power Plants), Class 417 (Pumps) and numerous other mechanical areas.

Epsilon works directly with the intellectual property departments of many of the largest law and manufacturing firms in the nation. Mr. Wicker’s hands-on approach with respect to all search requests inspires a high degree of confidence and loyalty among Epsilon’s clients.
